My dear friends and patients,

This is a personal message from Dr Reachi, Dr Scott, and our entire team. It saddens me deeply to write it. I hope this letter finds you in good health and good spirits.

It is with a heavy heart that I write to inform you that after much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our Tijeras location dental office. My assumption is it will be permanent, but we never know what the future will bring.

As you may know we have had difficulty finding and keeping dental professionals since covid, as has many industries. The decision to close this location has been devastating to me personally, and it comes after carefully evaluating many factors. Though we have been searching for a year, we have been unable to find a long-term, full-time dentist. Dr Scott and I are willing to add more days to stay open there and that was our plan to start in January. However, it seems the universe just won’t let it happen. We have lost our only hygienist out there and have found no replacement. In addition, both of our receptionists will be on maternity leave for 3 months soon. One other bit of terrible news, we had a catastrophic failure in our dental equipment that is very costly to replace. Please know that our primary concern is always your health and well-being, and it has been an honor and a privilege to care for you and your family over the years.

What Does This Mean for You?

• Our Tijeras office is currently unusable and therefore closed
• Dr Scott and I are working extra days to accommodate your dental needs so please call the ABQ Dentists Eubank location 505-293-8011 for continued care.
• If you choose to find a new dentist and need help transferring your records to another dental office, please don’t hesitate to ask; our goal is to have you move with us to the Eubank location and make this transition as smoothly as possible for you.

A Heartfelt Thank You

In 2013 I had a dream to serve my fabulous neighbors in the east mountains. I have loved every minute of it. It has been a true blessing for me. It has been an absolute privilege to serve you and your family throughout the years. Watching our patients’ smiles grow and thrive has been incredibly rewarding for all of us here. We deeply appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us, and we are grateful for the opportunity to have been part of your oral health journey.

While this is the end of our time at this location, please know that the relationships we’ve built with you will always hold a special place in our hearts.

I truly hope and pray you move with us back to the other office.
